Wonder what over

I wonder what the scaffold is on strike over? Better conditions - don't like being out in all weathers? Want thicker planks? Shinier poles? Perhaps it is simply tired of being walked over by those higher up?

If you have ever visited London, you will know the expression "Mind the Gap"; it is seen and heard at every Tube (metro) and railway station.

Well, you will be pleased to know that London Underground also provide an "Emergency Gap Jumper" at certain stations. This one is a Piccadilly Circus.
