OK, so where do I plug my battery shaver in?

Maybe it is just my strange sense of humour but I do enjoy finding signs that are just a little 'odd'. I hope you will get a grin or two from these as well. Due to popular demand, I have set up an email for contributions. Pictures emailed to address in sidebar may or may not make it on to the blog. (Let's keep it family oriented.)

I love your site :)
What is a "mains shaver"? I do not understand. Is it supposed to be "man's shaver"? Surely not "mane shaver." If it is "man's shaver only," there where would a woman plug in her shaver?
No matter how you read the sign, it makes no sense, unless I am simply missing something.
Good point, Paulos. As a electrical engineer it never occurred to me that the word 'mains' would be confusing. It is in-house jargon for the 'main' electrical supply to a property, 110V (US) 230V (UK) etc.
Oh, please fix the error in this post! You have written "Battery's not included?" but you meant "Batteries not included?"
"Battery's" is not an error. Battery [shaver]s are not included - I simply left out the word shaver and left it as " 's " to make a pun. Batteries makes no sense whatsoever. So, sorry, no fix will be applied.
