I heard some pastor use this the other day. Sometimes Pastors have this way of taking funny things and making them not funny by turnning it into a spirtual analogy.

i love how the writing about the edge is so big, that is all you see. I didn't even see the bridge is out on the first glance. You would have to be going 2 mph to read all of this sign. That's hilarious!

It is a logical extension of our paranoia about frivolous lawsuits.

Everyone will have to stop and get out of their cars to make sure the edges really are sharp thus giving them time to read the fine print and avoid the bridge.

No lawsuits for the sliced hands and none for the idiots who would have had to try what was left of the bridge just to see if that part worked. (dna evidence left on the sign)
