Oh, you mean the ‘other’ right?

Haha! I'm part Polish...and I have to say this looks like something me or someone in my family might do. The following situation frequently happens when I'm in the car:

Other person in car: "Nikki, turn left."
Me: "OK" [as I get into the right-turn lane at the stop light]
Other person: "No, no, Nikki--your OTHER left!"

Must be in England. Their right is on the left. Or is that Australia?

The sign means "Keep to MY right."
